A number of small producers who have outgrown their current production facilities have been able to increase sales by using our expertise to manufacture on their behalf.
Essential Dressings is accredited to BRC (Grade A Standard) and uses up to date traceability and quality systems to ensure consistency of every batch.
Working closely with our bespoke partners we are able to offer (subject to availability) the use of our NPD Kitchen.
Our equipment includes:
- 100 kg open pans ideal for hand making high quality products.
- Volumetric dispensing into glass bottles or jars ensuring consistency of fill.
- A semi automatic labeller is used to ensure consistent application of labels to each container.
- Shrink-wrapping equipment is available to produce multiple size pack.
We generally ask for a minimum run of 1000 units, which is typically one days manufacture for us. Dependent on product formulation and complexity, we are able to produce up to a maximum of three variants per day totalling a 1000 units. |
