Kevin Capper grew up in Malvern, Worcestershire, spent 2 years at catering college in Worcester, then joined the military for 4 years, returning to civilian life he started cooking again and travelling, living in France, Spain, Greece, New Zealand, and all four of the UK nations plus a few other places.
In June 2000 Kevin and his then wife Anne opened White Season Restaurant in Great Malvern, Worcestershire, working single headedly in the kitchen and hand making every single menu item, it was not long before customers were asking for dressings for salads at home. So there it began!!
A few bottles made and given to friends and restaurant customers then became a conversation with the local food group (HEFF) and into the round of food fairs, selling to the general public. This then became delis and farm shops asking to be able to stock the product in their shops. There followed a new round of recipes and products and more shops. This led to exhibiting at trade shows and acquiring wholesalers as customers. The restaurant was eventually sold as there was just no time for it and production was moved to a small unit near in Tenbury Wells.
The products are all natural and all handmade by Kevin Capper in Tenbury Wells
